Our meeting times vary depending on our authors and presenters' schedules and availability. That being said, meetings are usually held during the week and if meeting with a US-based author,  in the early evening hours. When meeting with authors overseas, timing can be earlier in the day- as early as 12pm noon Eastern Standard Time.

All Meetup discussions will be accessible via our exclusive online platform and recordings will be available within our membership indefinitely.

Memberships must be canceled at least 30 days before the next annual billing cycle to prevent renewal.

Due to the nature of our membership, all payments are non-refundable once processed.
